Technical Translator (English/Spanish/Portuguese)

Requirements: Native proficiency in Brazilian Portuguese Advanced professional fluency in English (written and verbal) Strong working proficiency in Spanish Familiarity with AI-assisted translation tools and ability to validate/edit AI-generated content Familiarity with SharePoint for document management, including uploading, organizing, and maintaining version-controlled content Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality output with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with cybersecurity and IT terminology Experience using enterprise-approved AI tools for translation or content generation Prior experience supporting multinational or LATAM-focused organizations

Key Responsibilities: Translate cybersecurity and IT policies, standards, procedures, and communications from English into Brazilian Portuguese Support translation of website content, awareness materials, and technical documentation for LATAM audiences Ensure translations maintain the original intent, tone, and technical accuracy of cybersecurity and IT content Adapt content to reflect cultural and regional nuances specific to Brazil Leverage approved AI-based translation tools to support initial translation efforts, followed by human validation and quality assurance Perform quality checks to ensure consistency, clarity, and alignment with Gallagher terminology and standards Collaborate with Cyber Security, IT, and Communications teams to validate content when needed Support additional cybersecurity, IT, communications, or regional initiatives as needed Operate effectively in a flexible, project-based environment with defined deliverables and timelines
