About The Role


We are seeking an experienced QA Lead Consultant based in Brazil, Sao Paulo to support a large-scale transformation program within the retail sector. The role is responsible for leading QA activities across multiple squads.

The ideal candidate brings strong experience in complex, multi-system projects and is comfortable operating in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.


Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate QA activities across multiple development teams
  • Support end-to-end (E2E) testing readiness, ensuring alignment across systems and stakeholders
  • Support test data preparation and validation across systems
  • Manage defect lifecycle: triage, prioritization, and resolution follow-up with dev teams
  • Provide clear reporting on QA progress, risks, and quality metrics to stakeholders

Requirements

  • Direct experience with Zephyr
  • Proven experience as a Senior QA in large-scale, complex projects
  • Hands-on experience with E2E testing coordination across multiple teams/systems
  • Solid experience in defect management and QA governance
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in fast-paced delivery environments
  • Experience working in Agile / distributed team setups

Nice to Have

  • Experience with CRM platforms and loyalty/marketing systems
  • Prior exposure to retail or omnichannel environments
