The main objective of this role is to manage the recruitment and selection process for external companies, taking into account their competencies and organizational culture.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive client requests for new job openings.
  • Source candidates by posting job opportunities across different channels.
  • Conduct preliminary phone interviews to screen out candidates who do not meet the job requirements.
  • Coordinate and schedule in-person interviews.
  • Select a shortlist of the best candidates interviewed and check their professional references.
  • Coordinate potential second or third interviews with the client.
  • Prepare candidate interview reports and recruitment results.
  • Interpret psychometric assessments.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Spanish (mandatory).
  • Portuguese (mandatory).

Work Experience:

  • +2 years of experience in recruitment and/or bilingual customer service.
  • Knowledge of psychometric assessments is a plus.
  • Experience using recruitment tools and sourcing strategies.
  • Preferably with experience in IT profiles.
