Solutions Engineer — Warehouse Automation & Robotics

Our client is a global leader in Autonomous Mobile Robot (AMR) solutions is transforming how warehouses pick, move, and sort at scale. With rapid growth across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico, our client is looking for a Solutions Engineer to help turn complex logistics challenges into intelligent, robot-driven solutions.

What you'll do

You'll be the technical bridge between clients and the robotics — designing tailored automation solutions and seeing them through to deployment.

• Design & consult: Engage clients to understand their operations and goals, then architect customized AMR solutions that optimize warehouse workflows.
• Own the technical story: Serve as the subject-matter expert on the company's products. Produce solution architecture, system specs, and layouts that engineering and implementation teams can execute.
• Collaborate to deploy: Partner with WMS/WES software engineers to define requirements and ensure seamless, on-time deployments. Coordinate with contractors where robotics meet broader logistics operations.
• Win and grow accounts: Build and deliver compelling proposals around operational benefits, ROI, and deployment roadmaps aligned with each client's growth strategy.

What you bring

• Bachelor's in Supply Chain Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years in warehousing automation, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D layout design (required).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
• Comfort working both independently and within a collaborative team.
• Willingness to travel to client and project sites as needed.

Nice to have

• Project management experience.
• WMS/WES/WCS integration experience.
• Full English Proficiency
