About the Role


You’ll be responsible for handling customer communication across phone and email, managing account updates, and ensuring all requests are resolved accurately and efficiently. This role requires strong organization and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.


What You'll Be Doing

  • Answer incoming customer phone calls and provide clear support
  • Respond to customer emails in a timely and professional manner
  • Process registrations, account updates, changes, and refunds
  • Handle billing inquiries and resolve customer issues
  • Maintain and update customer records and spreadsheets
  • Support scheduling and roster changes
  • Communicate with parents and guardians regarding program details
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer requests
  • Escalate urgent issues or complaints to management when needed
  • Learn service areas, cities, and locations to assist customers accurately
  • Deliver consistent, high-quality customer service


What We're Looking For

  • Previous customer service experience
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills
  • Clear, easy-to-understand speaking voice
  • Comfortable handling a high volume of phone calls
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Experience with refunds, registrations, and customer inquiries
  • Comfortable learning and using internal systems
  • Ability to make decisions independently
  • Organized, reliable, and process-driven
