Head of Administration – D365FO Finance & Brazilian Localisation

We are looking for a hands-on Head of Administration to support a D365FO implementation for an international organisation in Brazil.

Despite the title, this is not a purely managerial, CFO-level or finance-director position. We need someone who can work directly in D365FO: configuring finance processes, supporting testing, resolving issues and guiding local users.

You will work closely with teams in Brazil and the Netherlands, translating the global D365FO core template into practical and compliant local processes.

Responsibilities

• Configure and optimise D365FO Finance processes.
• Implement Brazilian localisation across finance, procurement, sales, inventory and projects.
• Set up and support Project Accounting / Project Management and Accounting.
• Support GL, AP, AR, cash, bank, reporting and accounting entries.
• Ensure compliance with Brazilian tax, CPC, IFRS and statutory reporting requirements.
• Support inventory accounting, warehouse transfers and related tax documentation.
• Identify where the global template needs local Brazilian adjustments.
• Support workshops, prototype testing, UAT, issue resolution and go-live support.
• Work directly with local users and the global team in the Netherlands.
• Track requirements, tasks and defects through Azure DevOps.

Requirements

• Hands-on D365FO Finance or Dynamics AX Finance consulting experience.
• Proven Brazilian localisation and fiscal/tax process experience.
• Knowledge of CPC, IFRS and Brazilian statutory reporting.
• Experience with D365FO Project Accounting.
• Experience with finance, procurement and inventory accounting processes.
• Comfortable configuring, testing and supporting users directly.
• Azure DevOps experience is a plus.
• Strong English communication skills; Portuguese is highly beneficial.

Important

This is a hands-on functional ERP role. It is not suitable for candidates whose recent experience is mainly CFO, Finance Director, Finance Transformation Lead or programme management.
