Purpose

As a Facility Engineer, you are responsible for monitoring and ensuring the production of the units, with a focus on the monitoring of all topside equipment. This role also includes troubleshooting and conducting incident analysis for any issues that arise in the units. Additionally, you ensure that all processes and facilities adhere to company and industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines, while optimizing performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness. Responsibilities

Ensure that the unit operates within design conditions, maintaining optimal performance and safety. Ensure all facilities and processes adhere to industry safety standards, environmental regulations, and company policies. Conduct regular safety audits, hazard assessments, and risk analyses, implementing corrective actions as needed to mitigate risks. Conduct and Participate actively in investigations of incidents related to production loss and process safety, ensuring thorough analysis and follow-up actions. Oversee the day-to-day operation of production facilities, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. Implement and maintain best practices in process management, maintenance, and operational procedures to minimize downtime and reduce operational costs. Provide technical support to offshore operations, including process monitoring using tools like PI, SEEQ, and daily reports. Lead and coordinate facility-related projects from conceptualization to execution, ensuring timely delivery within budget. Assist in planning, organizing, and coordinating planned interventions in process equipment such as CO2 membranes, SRP membranes, mol sieves, and guard filters. Provide technical recommendations to offshore teams for process optimization, improvements, and best practices. Conduct technical meetings with offshore teams to address process deviations and implement coordinated actions. Participate in and support risk assessments (HAZOP, HAZID, ORA, TRA, SIL) and review action plans. Execute technical internal audits offshore and support audits such as SGSO, ANP, CONAMA, and PAG. Share lessons learned and disseminate technical best practices across the organization. Support offshore teams in ramp-up/down planning and equipment preservation for shutdowns (SD). Define and execute a 3-Year Plan (3YP) related to preventive facilities scope, supporting the P &F Lead and Technical Specialists in the 3YP budget exercise. Education

Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline. Experience

Chemical industry acting as process or production engineer.
