As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Marketing Specialist who understands the future of digital marketing—not only traditional SEO and paid advertising, but also AI search visibility, GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), conversion optimization, and customer engagement.

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and tech-savvy Marketing Specialist who can take ownership of our digital presence and help drive qualified leads through multiple channels.

This role combines digital advertising, SEO, AI visibility, website optimization, landing page creation, analytics, and customer interaction. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, comfortable using modern AI tools and constantly testing new ways to increase visibility and conversions.

Responsibilities

Paid Advertising

* Manage and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

* Manage and optimize Google Ads and Chat GPT campaigns

* Research and implement advertising opportunities on emerging AI platforms

* Monitor performance metrics, ROAS, CPA, conversion rates, and lead quality

* Develop audience targeting strategies and remarketing campaigns

SEO & AI Visibility

* Implement and manage SEO strategies

* Improve organic search rankings

* Develop and execute GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) strategies

* Increase visibility across AI search platforms such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, and other AI-powered search engines

* Optimize website content, structure, and authority signals

Website & Conversion Optimization

* Improve website user flow and customer journey

* Create and optimize landing pages

* Conduct A/B testing and conversion rate optimization

* Work with internal teams to improve lead generation performance

* Monitor analytics and provide actionable insights

Content & AI Tools

* Utilize AI tools to improve productivity and marketing performance

* Create content briefs, campaign concepts, and marketing assets

* Coordinate blog, website, and social media content initiatives

* Stay current on AI marketing trends and emerging technologies

Customer Engagement

* Monitor online inquiries and customer interactions

* Improve response flows and lead nurturing processes

* Support implementation of chatbots and AI-assisted customer engagement tools

Qualifications

Required:

* 2+ years of experience in digital marketing

* Strong experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads

* Proven SEO experience

* Experience creating landing pages and conversion funnels

* Familiarity with Google Analytics and reporting tools

* Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Midjourney, or similar

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred:

* GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) experience

* Experience increasing brand visibility in AI-generated search results

* Travel or hospitality industry experience

* Knowledge of WordPress and website management

* Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms
