Role Description

In this role, you will manage the full sales cycle from initial discovery to closed-win. You will partner with mid-market and large enterprise clients to deeply understand their business challenges and demonstrate how Valere’s AI solutions can provide a massive competitive advantage. We are looking for a consultative, tech-forward closer who believes in working smarter. Responsibilities

  • AI-Powered Deal Management: Proactively leverage advanced AI tools to accelerate the sales cycle. Use AI to analyze account data, summarize complex discovery calls, draft highly customized proposals, and continuously optimize your deal-closing workflows.
  • Full-Cycle Sales Execution: Own and manage the entire sales cycle. Guide qualified prospects through deep discovery, customized solution demonstrations, proposal negotiation, and ultimately, closing the deal.
  • Consultative Selling: Act as a trusted advisor to C-level executives and technical leaders. Deeply understand their strategic pain points and articulate how Valere’s custom AI applications provide measurable ROI and business value.
  • Pipeline & Revenue Forecasting: Maintain rigorous pipeline hygiene and provide accurate revenue forecasting. Accurately track deal progression, closing probabilities, and customer interactions in our CRM (Monday), utilizing automation to minimize manual data entry.
  • Solution Scoping & Collaboration: Partner seamlessly with Sales Engineering, Product, and Delivery teams to scope complex AI solutions, ensuring that what is sold can be successfully delivered and scaled.
  • Contract Negotiation: Lead commercial negotiations, navigating complex procurement processes, legal reviews, and pricing discussions to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Market Intelligence: Keep your finger on the pulse of industry trends, the evolving AI application landscape, and competitor movements to effectively handle objections and position Valere as the premier AI solution provider.


Qualifications

  • Demonstrated Closing Capability: A proven track record of consistently hitting or exceeding revenue targets and managing complex sales cycles (B2B tech, SaaS, or professional services preferred). Your history of closed-won deals, strategic account navigation, and revenue generation matters far more to us than the number of years on your resume.
  • Advanced AI Proficiency: A strong, hands-on ability to use modern AI applications to augment your deal strategy. You actively use AI to research enterprise accounts, generate persuasive proposal copy, and map out complex stakeholder networks.
  • Consultative & Strategic Mindset: You excel at asking the right questions to uncover hidden business needs. You can seamlessly pivot between high-level business strategy with a CEO and technical feasibility with a CTO.
  • Masterful Communication & Presentation: Flawless written and verbal English communication skills. You are a compelling storyteller who is confident and persuasive when presenting complex solutions to executive boards.
  • Negotiation & Objection Handling: Strong business acumen with the ability to navigate procurement processes, confidently handle pushback, and structure mutually beneficial contracts.
  • Technical Acumen: High technical curiosity with the ability to quickly absorb complex concepts related to AI, machine learning, and cloud infrastructure, translating them into tangible, compelling business cases.
  • Modern Tool Stack Mastery: Hands-on experience with modern CRM software (Monday preferred), advanced quoting/proposal software, and AI-driven sales enablement tools.
  • Continuous Learner: Strong foundational knowledge built through a university degree, intensive boot camps, or self-directed practical experience. You possess a growth mindset and a relentless drive to continuously hone your sales craft.
