About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager with strong experience in HR Transformation, SAP SuccessFactors, Time & Attendance, and Payroll-related projects to support a global transformation initiative.
The professional will lead project execution, stakeholder management, system integrations, testing activities, risk management, and go-live coordination in a multinational environment.
Requirements
✅ Experience leading HR Transformation, HRIS, Payroll, Time Management, or Time & Attendance projects.
✅ Strong experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
✅ Experience with system implementations, integrations, migrations, and digital transformation initiatives.
✅ Experience coordinating SIT, UAT, regression testing, and go-live activities.
✅ Strong stakeholder management skills.
✅ Experience working with global teams and multinational environments.
✅ Advanced English.
Nice to Have
- Experience with ADP.
- Experience with Workforce Management solutions.
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Spanish.
- Experience working with offshore teams (India).
Work Model
📍 South Zone - São Paulo/SP
