About the Role
We are seeking a Curriculum Development Project Manager to lead the creation of engaging educational programs and learning experiences for school-age students.
This role combines curriculum development, project management, educational content creation, and AI-powered workflows. The ideal candidate has experience leading curriculum projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and leveraging modern AI tools to improve how educational content is developed and delivered.
You will work closely with content creators, instructional designers, and technical teams to manage curriculum development initiatives from planning through delivery while ensuring educational quality, consistency, and learner engagement.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead curriculum development projects from planning through final delivery
* Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and stakeholders across multiple educational initiatives
* Design and review educational content, lessons, assessments, and learning materials
* Ensure curriculum aligns with learning objectives and age-appropriate educational standards
* Collaborate with content, product, design, and technical teams
* Leverage AI tools and workflows to improve curriculum development efficiency and quality
* Implement quality assurance processes for educational content
* Monitor project progress and proactively resolve blockers
* Support continuous improvement of curriculum development systems and workflows
Must-Have Requirements
* Fluent English speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills
* 3+ years of experience in curriculum development, instructional design, education, learning experience design, or educational publishing
* 2+ years of project management or project leadership experience
* Experience developing educational content for children or school-age students
* Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills
* Demonstrated experience using AI tools as part of content creation or curriculum development workflows
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to educational quality
Nice-to-Have Requirements
* Experience in EdTech, curriculum publishing, or digital learning
* Experience working with AI-powered workflows, automations, or AI agents
* Background in elementary education or child-centered learning
* Experience creating educational books, lesson plans, workbooks, or classroom resources
* Familiarity with learning science and instructional design methodologies
* Experience collaborating with engineering or product teams
