This is a fully remote position based in Brazil. You will be engaged as an independent contractor.
Salary: USD $900/month plus performance-based quarterly bonus of up to $400. Includes paid time off, parental leave, and health insurance.

Position Overview
We’re looking for auditors of Certificates of Insurance. No previous knowledge needed, full training will be provided. As the key part of your responsibilities, you'll review certificates submitted by tenants, vendors, and subcontractors, confirm that required coverages are in place, and flag gaps before they become problems for our customers. Success here demands precision, a methodical approach, and the ability to stay consistent under volume. If that sounds like you, we'd love to connect.

What You’ll Do
- Review Certificates of Insurance (COIs) and supporting documents, verifying that coverage meets each client's specific requirements;
- Accurately input compliance data into our system and flag any gaps or missing coverage for resolution;
- Follow internalprocesses and guidelines to ensure best practices are upheld;
- Collaborate actively with the team to support shared goals and maintain workflow continuity.
Who You Are
- A clear, professional communicator in English, with strong written and verbal skills for cross-team collaboration.
- Available 40 hours per week during U.S. business hours (EST).
- Consistently accurate, with a track record of meeting quality targets.
- Coachable and growth-minded: you respond well to feedback, document your learnings, and apply improvements quickly.
- Comfortable following structured workflows and confident enough to escalate when something doesn't add up.
- Self-motivated and persistent: you work well independently without needing close oversight.
- Background in insurance, data entry, quality assurance, or any structured, process-driven role is a plus.
