Overview of the role

The Learning Content Developer will be responsible for designing and delivering impactful learning experiences that help our recruiters and Talent Acquisition professionals prepare, develop, and excel in their roles. Working at the intersection of pedagogy and technology, you'll transform complex processes into engaging microlearnings, courses, simulations, and workshops that drive measurable performance improvements.

Key responsibilities

- Creating microlearnings, courses, workshops, simulations, and quizzes tailored to the Talent Acquisition team's needs. - Transforming technical documentation into clear, pedagogically sound learning content. - Designing learning paths by role and seniority level to ensure structured skill development. - Measuring training effectiveness through completion rates, satisfaction scores, and post-training performance improvements. - Coordinating with Documentation, Enablement, and Content Design teams to maintain content consistency and accuracy.

Requirements

- Industry Experience: Experience in IT or tech-adjacent industries. - Education: Degree in Education, Instructional Design, Communication, Psychology, or related field. - LMS Platforms: Experience with LMS platforms such as EdApp or similar. - Authoring Tools: Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools. - Content Creation: Background in content creation. - Data Analysis: Experience with data analysis for training effectiveness. - Language Proficiency: Advanced level of English.

Additional skills preferred

- Prior work in Talent Acquisition or HR L&D. - Certifications in Instructional Design such as ATD or CPTD, or e-learning tools. - Experience with Articulate Storyline or Rise. - Multimedia production skills. - Familiarity with Confluence or Notion.
