🚀 We’re Hiring: Account Coordinator, Ads

💰 BRL 6,000 monthly
We are looking for an Account Coordinator, Ads to join its growing LATAM team! This role is key to ensuring seamless campaign execution and supporting the operational side of the advertising sales cycle.
🔹 What You’ll Do:
• Coordinate end-to-end digital ad campaign execution
• Manage insertion orders (IOs) and creative workflows
• Support reporting (weekly/monthly) and ensure data accuracy
• Collaborate with Account Managers and Finance on billing and invoicing
• Monitor campaign delivery and troubleshoot issues
• Act as a key operational point of contact across teams
🔹 What We’re Looking For:
• 2–3 years of experience in digital campaign coordination (video/programmatic preferred)
• Experience with tools like Salesforce, JIRA, or ad servers
• Strong understanding of digital media (Direct IO, Programmatic Guaranteed, PMP)
• Excellent communication skills in English & Spanish
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
