                <description><![CDATA[<p>Objetivo do cargo:Supervisionar as atividades do departamento afim de que os funcionários recebam os pagamentos e os benefícios acordados, respeitando os prazos estabelecidos.Atender e orientar em relação as dúvidas específicas da administração de pessoal.Administrar toda a documentação relacionada ao pessoal, mantendo os arquivos atualizados de acordo com as exigências legaisResponsabilidades:Supervisionar a confecção das folhas de pagamento das 2 unidades (São Paulo e Rio de Janeiro); Supervisionar omontante a ser pago a cada empregado, supervisionar a verificação do número de horas de trabalho realizado, calculando os descontos correspondentes a impostos e contribuições ; Supervisionar oregistro no sistema e as alterações cadastrais dos funcionários (Alteração de salário família, estado civil, etc.); Supervisionar as medidas referentes à contratação e dispensa de empregados, e os cálculos de pagamentos e descontos; Encaminhar o arquivo ao financeiro para ser efetuado o pagamento aos funcionários Analisar e controlar a variação de custos na folha de pagamentoElaborar e definir quadros, tabelas, gráficos e programas demonstrativos, para encaminhamento à chefia imediata; Supervisionar apreparar os encargos sociais para serem pagos pela empresa (INSS, FGTS, SESI, Contribuição Sindical e Mensalidade Sindical); Supervisionar aelaborando os informes de rendimento para funcionáriosSupervisionar a elaborando a relação anual de informações dos funcionários para a Caixa Econômica Federal (RAIS); Supervisionar ocalculo dos valores e providenciar a solicitação de cheques junto a Administração e Finanças para pagamentos de salários de funcionários sem conta bancaria, pensões alimentícias e/ou pagamentos de autônomos; Encerrar a folha de pagamento e prepará-la para o mês seguinte; Estruturar e aprimorar processos de recrutamento e seleção, integração e retenção de talentos;  Desenvolver e acompanhar indicadores de RH, propondo ações de melhoria contínua;  Implementar programas de desenvolvimento, engajamento e cultura organizacional; Requisitos para o cargo:Comprovada experiência com Folha de PagamentoConhecimentos de Leis Trabalhista SigiloConhecimentos de Informática (Word, Excel, Power Point)Domínio de inglês (desejável)Sistema RM (será um diferencial)Excel avançado Nível de Formação Superior ( Administração ,Ciências Contábeis, Psicologia, Gestão de Recursos Humanos ou áreas correlatas).</p>]]></description>

<p>O Representante de Vendas do Farma direto é responsável pelo desenvolvimento dos Top clientes no canal farma, garantindo o ganho de distribuição e aumento de sell out dos nossos produtos no ponto de venda. Foco para atingimento das metas de venda, objetivos de sell out e estratégias que incentivem o ganho de market share, melhoria de execução e distribuição de nossas marcas.</p> <p><u>Principais responsabilidades</u></p>

<p>· Ser responsável integralmente por um território, no que se refere ao negócio (sell-in e sell-out) e relacionamento com os clientes; <br></p>

<p>· Contribuir com iniciativas e diagnósticos para ganho de market share no Associativismo; <br></p>

<p>· Gestão dos investimentos nos clientes e garantir a execução dos planos regionais das marcas; <br></p>

<p>· Espírito de dono, foco em rentabilidade; <br></p>

<p>· Ser responsável pela execução no PDV, garantindo a implementação dos objetivos estabelecidos nas dimensões de distribuição, execução em gôndola, merchandising e preço; <br></p>

<p>· Liderar iniciativas regionais para grupo de clientes; <br></p>

<p>· Rotina de campo com visita de loja garantindo a execução de loja nota 10.</p>

<p>· Disseminar a cultura da Kenvue junto aos seus pares, colaboradores e clientes, pregando pelo exemplo; <br></p>

<p>· Desenvolver planos e análise que busque ganhos de distribuição; <br></p>

<p><b>Responsibilities</b></p>

<ul><li><b>Backlog &amp; Kanban Management:</b></li></ul>

<p>Own the Kanban board: organize tasks, ensure priorities are clear and understand what is stopping us from maintaining our task flow to hit our deployment goals. Communicate risks, issues, blockers, and quality concerns to the PM and relevant team members.</p>

<ul><li><b>Task Definition &amp; Refinement:</b></li></ul>

<p>Review and write descriptions for tasks about new features, improvements and bug fixes. Ensure problems are well explained and solutions are testable and aligned with product goals. Collaborate with the Product Manager to translate strategy into actionable tasks.</p>

<ul><li><b>Validate Outcomes, Not Just Output:</b></li></ul>

<p>After new features or fixes go live, verify whether they truly solved the original problem and improved the targeted user or business metrics.</p>

<p><b>Qualifications</b></p>

<ul><li>Strong skills in Product Management and Business Analysis to define and evaluate product requirements effectively.</li><li>Excellent Communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.</li><li>Familiarity with Software Development processes and tools to coordinate effectively with technical teams.</li><li>Ability to adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced working environment and manage multiple priorities.</li><li>Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.</li><li>Skills like SQL, Git, reading Python code and doing data analysis are very beneficial, but not required</li></ul>
