<p> This opportunity is designed for experienced customer service professionals who are comfortable managing multi-channel support operations, resolving complex inquiries, handling escalations, and delivering high-quality customer experiences in fast-paced remote environments. </p>

<p> Pay Rates: </p>

<p> Part-Time Monthly Rates: $840-$$1,400 (based on 20 hours per week schedule)</p>

<p> Full-Time Monthly Rates: $1,680-$2,800 (based on 40 hours per week schedule)</p>

<p> The posted monthly salary range is an average monthly income. However, all jobs at Virtual Latinos are hourly, and pay is calculated based on the number of hours worked daily. We pay our Virtual Professionals every 2 weeks through third-party platforms. The hourly rate range of the position is $10.50 - $17.50, depending on experience. Once a rate has been offered to you, it is non-negotiable. </p>

<p> The work schedule will vary depending on the position and client. Most schedules align with U.S. and Canadian business hours. </p>

<p> Key responsibilities: </p>

<ul><li> Multi-Channel Customer Support: Handle customer inquiries across phone, email, live chat, and social media, ensuring timely, professional, and solution-oriented responses. </li><li> Escalation &amp; Problem Resolution: Diagnose complex customer issues, troubleshoot effectively, and manage escalations through resolution while maintaining customer satisfaction and retention. </li><li> Account Management &amp; CRM Administration: Update and maintain accurate customer records, process account changes, and ensure data integrity within CRM and helpdesk systems (Zendesk, Freshdesk, HubSpot, Intercom, or similar). </li><li> Product &amp; Service Expertise: Maintain deep knowledge of products, services, and internal processes to provide accurate guidance and proactive recommendations to customers. </li><li> Reporting &amp; Process Improvement: Document customer interactions, identify recurring issues and trends, and provide actionable feedback to support teams and leadership to improve service quality. </li></ul>

Principais responsabilidades - Atuar como representante técnico e científico da marca; - Participar da criação e validação de conteúdos relacionados à saúde, bem-estar e qualidade de vida; - Gravar vídeos educativos, informativos e institucionais; - Apresentar conteúdos científicos de forma clara e acessível ao público; - Auxiliar na análise e interpretação de estudos científicos; - Participar eventualmente de reuniões online com a equipe de marketing e conteúdo; - Contribuir com ideias para novos projetos e materiais educativos; - Garantir a qualidade técnica e a conformidade das informações divulgadas pela empresa. Requisitos - Graduação completa em Biomedicina; - Registro ativo no Conselho Regional de Biomedicina (CRBM); - Excelente comunicação verbal; - Facilidade para falar diante das câmeras; - Boa postura profissional e ética; - Conhecimento em interpretação de estudos científicos; - Organização, comprometimento e responsabilidade; - Disponibilidade para gravações e reuniões online quando necessário. Diferenciais - Experiência na área da saúde; - Participação em palestras, congressos, entrevistas ou treinamentos; - Experiência com produção de conteúdo digital; - Conhecimento em suplementação, saúde preventiva e bem-estar; - Experiência como especialista, consultor(a) técnico(a) ou porta-voz de empresas; - Presença ativa em redes profissionais.
