<p>We’re looking for auditors of Certificates of Insurance. No previous knowledge needed, full training will be provided. As the key part of your responsibilities, you'll review certificates submitted by tenants, vendors, and subcontractors, confirm that required coverages are in place, and flag gaps before they become problems for our customers. Success here demands precision, a methodical approach, and the ability to stay consistent under volume. If that sounds like you, we'd love to connect.</p>

                <description><![CDATA[<p>We’re Hiring: Vendor Coordination Specialist (100% Remote)
Premier Pads is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive team member to manage vendor coordination across our growing portfolio of properties.
This role is key to keeping our operations running smoothly by ensuring vendors are reliable, jobs are completed on time, and all work is properly tracked.
What You’ll Do:
Dispatch and coordinate vendors for maintenance, repairs, and specialty services
Coordinate closely with our in-house handyman team
Track and manage all work orders from start to completion
Maintain and expand a strong vendor network across multiple markets
Collect photos, videos, invoices, and job documentation
Monitor vendor performance (response time, quality, and cost)
Manage recurring services (pool, pest control, landscaping, etc.)
Ensure all invoices are submitted and sent to Finance
Requirements:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Experience in property management, operations, or coordination
Excellent communication skills (English required, Spanish is a plus)
Ability to work independently and problem-solve efficiently
Experience working with vendors and managing remote operations
Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
Details:
100% Remote
Full-Time
Salary: $850/month
Work days: Mon - Saturday (Sunday free)
Work hours: 10am - 7pm Mountain Standard Time

This role will be responsible for troubleshooting issues, deploying and maintaining desktop systems, managing IT assets, and delivering excellent customer support
.Key Responsibilitie
sDeploy, configure, and maintain Windows desktops and laptops
.Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, and peripheral issues
.Support Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, and related applications
.Manage and track desktop hardware and peripheral inventory
.Coordinate hardware repairs, warranty replacements, and vendor support
.Respond to and resolve end-user support requests in a timely manner
.Install software, perform updates, and maintain system security
.Document issues, resolutions, and support procedures
.Collaborate with internal IT teams to resolve technical problems
.Required Qualification
sBachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience
.5+ years of Helpdesk, Desktop Support, or IT Support experience
.Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office
.Experience supporting desktop hardware, laptops, printers, and peripherals
.Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
.Strong communication and customer service abilities
.Preferred Skill
sExperience with Active Directory and Office 365
.Familiarity with ticketing systems and ITSM processes
