Atividades:

• Análise de Custos Cloud.

• Gestão e Alocação de Custos Cloud.

• Realizar análises detalhadas por serviço, região, produto, equipe ou centro de custo, e manter rotinas de monitoramento contínuo de custo.

• Estruturar e manter modelos de rateio e garantir que custos sejam associados a tags, grupos de recursos e estruturas financeiras.

• Revisar taxonomias e sugerir melhorias.

• Participar de reuniões de revisão de custos de Azure com operações e liderança.

• Participar de comitês FinOps, de governança ou de gestão orçamentária.

• Mapear oportunidades de savings para construção de planos anuais.

• Criar previsões de uso e gastos utilizando dados históricos, identificar tendências e sazonalidade de consumo e suportar os processos de orçamento.

• Avaliar impacto financeiro de novos projetos ou workloads e contribuir na análise de ROI de iniciativas cloud.

• Garantir que as políticas de tagging e uso de recursos sejam seguidas.

• Construir dashboards, criar alertas e indicadores automatizados e estruturar relatórios para times técnicos.

Habilidades técnicas:

• Conhecimentos intermediários a avançados e certificados em Microsoft Azure (infraestrutura, serviços, tecnologias).

• Conhecimentos em Governança de Nuvem Azure: Cost management, Advisor, Reservations, Policies.

• Estruturas de gerenciamento de recursos (management groups, accounts, billing groups).

• FinOps (Fundamental): Princípios do FinOps Foundation; Gestão de showback/chargeback; Alocação

e rateio de custos;

• Controle de orçamentos e forecasts; Análise de custo

por unidade de negócio, produto ou centro de custo; Interpretação de relatórios financeiros e operacionais;

• Entendimento de políticas de tagging e taxonomia cloud

Jones has experienced rapid growth driven by the urgent need to modernize the outdated risk and compliance workflows in real estate and construction. In this position, you’ll be sitting at the heart of our operations team and play a direct role in delivering on our core product promise.

Position Overview

We’re looking for auditors of Certificates of Insurance. No previous knowledge needed, full training will be provided. As the key part of your responsibilities, you'll review certificates submitted by tenants, vendors, and subcontractors, confirm that required coverages are in place, and flag gaps before they become problems for our customers. Success here demands precision, a methodical approach, and the ability to stay consistent under volume. If that sounds like you, we'd love to connect.

What You’ll Do

• Review Certificates of Insurance (COIs) and supporting documents, verifying that coverage meets each client's specific requirements;
  
• Accurately input compliance data into our system and flag any gaps or missing coverage for resolution;
  
• Follow internalprocesses and guidelines to ensure best practices are upheld;
  
• Collaborate actively with the team to support shared goals and maintain workflow continuity.

Who You Are

• A clear, professional communicator in English, with strong written and verbal skills for cross-team collaboration.
• Available 40 hours per week during U.S. business hours (EST).
• Consistently accurate, with a track record of meeting quality targets.
• Coachable and growth-minded: you respond well to feedback, document your learnings, and apply improvements quickly.
• Comfortable following structured workflows and confident enough to escalate when something doesn't add up.
• Self-motivated and persistent: you work well independently without needing close oversight.
• Background in insurance, data entry, quality assurance, or any structured, process-driven role is a plus.
