Position Summary
The role of the Support Engineer, SAP MM / WM is to provide exceptional remote-based support for mission-critical SAP applications as part of our global customer support team. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Responsabilidades
Planejar, elaborar e executar casos de teste funcionais e não funcionais relacionados a sistemas de ponto eletrônico.
Validar regras de negócio ligadas a cálculos de jornada, horas extras, banco de horas, escalas e tolerâncias.
Realizar testes de integração entre módulos de ponto e outros sistemas corporativos (folha de pagamento, RH, ERP).
Automatizar testes recorrentes para aumentar a eficiência e reduzir falhas em regressões.
Documentar resultados, evidências e relatórios de qualidade para equipes de desenvolvimento e gestão.
Apoiar na análise de requisitos, identificando riscos e propondo melhorias nos processos de controle de ponto.
Requisitos
Experiência prévia como Analista de Testes ou QA.
Conhecimento sólido em sistemas de<br><br>gestão de ponto eletrônico<br><br>e legislação trabalhista relacionada.
Desejavael familiaridade com ferramentas de testes (ex.: Selenium, JUnit, Postman, etc.).
Experiência em testes de APIs e integrações.
